# TOKENOMICS

* <mark style="background-color:red;">280,000,000</mark> UN2C tokens will be sold during the <mark style="background-color:yellow;">seed round</mark>. Those tokens will be vested and with a cliff.

* <mark style="background-color:red;">50,000,000</mark> UN2C tokens will be sold during the <mark style="background-color:yellow;">private round</mark> at a price of <mark style="color:red;">0.022$</mark> per token.

Those tokens will be vested.

* <mark style="background-color:red;">40,000,000</mark> UN2C tokens will be sold during the <mark style="background-color:yellow;">general sales</mark> at a price of <mark style="color:red;">0.026$</mark> per token.

Those tokens will NOT be vested: all the tokens will be distributed at launch.

The launch price is the same as the general sale price, i.e. <mark style="color:red;">0.026€.</mark>
