# Authentication & Certification process via API

* Asset is submitted via the UN2C API
* Asset is analysed through the algorithm which then translates it by a set of vectorization functions and juxtaposed with all vectorized content on platform database.

### <mark style="color:red;">MATCH FOUND:</mark>

* Counterfeited content is denied access to platform.
* Listing attempt prohibited
* Owner and market platform are notified.
* Fraudulent account info sent for immediate action.

### <mark style="color:green;">NO MATCH FOUND:</mark>

* Asset is authorized access on platform

* UN2C Certification available

* 100% Authentication = Certification attempts rendered impossible on counterfeit whether identical or unapproved derivative.

* Certification fee purchasable in $CERTIF tokens (see [The $CERTIF token](/un2c-wp/un2c-ecosystem/the-usdcertif-token.md))
